Taneboxmfg

I setup this website to notify anyone planning on using Taneboxmfg to reconsider. I hired Taneboxmfg (claire) in late 2011 to print some business cards and stickers for me. After giving them a deadline of December 28th (I put the order in on Dec 15th and paid the $480 for the product). Long story short, the product never came. After numerous emails and after putting in a dispute through PayPal, they sent me dodgy photos of poor quality product on January 13th.

Unfortunately, PayPal’s terms and conditions do not cover custom orders, which printing comes under, so I was unable to get the money back. I was also told that the $480 included shipping (which it said on the invoice), but Tanboxmfg then wanted an extra amount to ship the poor quality prints.

Do not use Tanboxmfg.

I found them on Alibaba and they were nothing but hassle. They are poor communicators and don’t deliver. I set this site up as a warning, as I would hate for anyone else to have to go through what I went through.
